Third farmer training: macro-nutrients, sensor data and personal action plans

On 20 August 2026, AgriPlus+ held its third farmer training, led by agronomist Florin Clinciu. The session focused on the macro-nutrients that drive healthy crops — nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and sulphur — and on how conditions like soil temperature and water pH affect how well plants can actually take them up. Agronomists then went through each farm's own sensor and soil readings, turning data on EC, pH and nutrient levels into a personal action plan for every grower. The training also covered fertiliser compatibility, helping plants through heat stress, integrated pest management, and what it takes to reach new markets.
