Inception mission: meeting Moldova's horticulture sector

The AgriPlus+ team travelled to Moldova for the programme's inception mission, meeting the Netherlands Embassy, sector institutions, farmer organisations and prospective buyers. The visit included a cluster introduction workshop and field visits to vegetable farms across Prima Finanțare's operating regions, laying the groundwork for farmer selection and shaping how the programme would work in practice.
